Review on HotelTap by Matthew Goozmer

The user interface is very easy to use and it works great for our hotel management needs. It’s also cheap so we can easily set up new features that would normally cost us thousands of dollars monthly or more with other solutions out there. It seems like they have not had much development done since 2015, which makes me feel less confident about their product as time goes by. I think it was good at first but over the years things get old fast and don't always work well anymore. We are solving problems that were originally solved 10+ years ago when people used paper check books and physical registers. Now instead of doing manual data entry into spreadsheets every night we simply enter them all via this system. This saves tons of time each day.
