The most useful feature is that it allows you to see all your reservations in one place from any device or computer! It also has an excellent customer service department if needed for support purposes which I have never had need too but would be great as well!! Nothing really at this time other than maybe more customization options could help make things easier with certain features like creating new users? We are solving our issue by having everything under 1 roof so we can easily manage multiple trips while traveling without needing several different tools etc..
