I like most that it is very easy to use as well as having all tools for one business in just 1 place! The most useful feature is that it allows you to see all your reservations in one place from any device or computer! It also has an excellent customer service department if needed for support purposes which I have never had need too but would be great as well!! The user interface is very simple to use for both clients & employees. It's easy enough that even non-techies can make good decisions with it! Our biggest challenge was trying to figure out how many tickets we needed per month so as not have too much in one batch at once time. We solved this problem by setting up recurring billing monthly instead of annually which has been great because now they don't need to worry about forgetting their annual renewal date.
