Review on Topicplus by James Roper

The user interface is very simple to use for both clients & employees. It's easy enough that even non-techies can make good decisions with it! Our biggest challenge was trying to figure out how many tickets we needed per month so as not have too much in one batch at once time. We solved this problem by setting up recurring billing monthly instead of annually which has been great because now they don't need to worry about forgetting their annual renewal date. I would like more options when adding or editing an employee profile since you only have limited choices depending on what type of plan your using. Also there are no benefits if you're working remotely from home. You get the same benefit whether you work 5 days a week or just 1 day each week. If someone were looking for something really basic then maybe this isn't the product for them but otherwise its perfect for our needs.
