I don't know how to write a review. Bought this for my daughter who goes camping/hiking with her mom. The device itself works well but the coverage is uneven, some days it finds perfect for 20 minutes, other days it can take 2 days to update the location, sent and received messages are the same. Battery life. this is of course a problem, it lasts 36 hours at best, seriously, if you go camping for a week without electricity, what good is that? Or if you get stuck somewhere and don't update for two days, then the battery is dead? Delome really needs a higher quality battery. I called support to update the location issue. The only answer was that it might be defective or the battery was dead. After my daughter called, she confirmed it was not broken and charged having had cellular service. the whole time. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars for now. It's far from flawless BUT the SOS feature makes it worth the price and the fact that it works sometimes is a bit of an insurance policy all things considered. Better little than nothing
