Netflix and Prime Video buttons don't work - Samsung UN65KS8000

I paid a few bucks more for this remote compared to other cheap options for the added (and advertised) Netflix and Prime Video buttons . They don't work on my TV. All basic functions/buttons work properly (power, home, input, cursor movement, volume, etc.). The advantage is that no programming is required. We use a Samsung UN65KS8000 TV.
