Appears to be a good value bidet - fits well and is easy to install. However, I ran into an issue mentioned by another reviewer that can be painful for some users - the water pressure is so strong (even on the lowest setting!) that it can actually hurt someone! Luxe Neo 110 was purchased to replace an old bidet from another manufacturer and the water pressure in my house is not too high so I know this unit is the problem. Not wanting to shoot and return, I solved the problem with my rudimentary plumbing skills and a simple washing machine. Bathroom faucets and shower heads often have a water saving washer in the aerator or head, so I found it and installed it in the faucet where the plumbing enters the bidet. It's just a flat washer with a smaller hole in the middle that restricts flow, which also reduces water pressure on the bidet. (The faucet pressure washer is slightly larger than the bidet faucet so you can trim it down a bit with a Dremel tool or file; most shower washers should fit without modification.) I plan to write to the manufacturer and suggest getting a pressure washer to be included at reduced pressure with every new bidet so no one gets an unexpected enema or hassle.
