First of all, I love NR products! They are generally very well made and have great customer service. Unfortunately, I feel that NR missed the mark with this light. I have three requirements for bike lights: build quality; battery life and brightness. This lamp meets only one of these requirements. This light is very bright, but the battery only lasts a few hours. After my morning ride, I charged my Omega 300. The next morning the light was out so I couldn't use it. When I got home I charged it again. Later in the evening when the light on the counter was on, it turned on automatically. For the next 10-15 minutes I tried everything to turn off the light. I had no choice but to let it run until the battery died. I decided to give the light back to Revane. As it might just be a defective unit I bought a new one and will update my review after spending some time with the light.
