As described. Easy to set up out of the box. Simply insert batteries, switch on, select lux or ppfd and you're done. Easy. As far as accuracy goes, it seems to be on point. I don't have another parameter to check, but my other lux meter had a reading close to this lux reading. For the price, it simply can't be beat. It turned out that my seedling stage plants were getting far too much light from my LED. I thought it was a pH issue causing the leaves to turn yellow. I turned off my LED to correct the ppfd readings on the meter and they're all looking great after just a few days. If you now tilt the measuring device a little, its values will fluctuate. No, it's understandable. It's not hundreds of dollars, it's $40, so expect it won't be entirely accurate, BUT if you're looking for detailed metrics on everything you do, I think it's worth the dollars.
