These tie rods are not pro quality but for the average DIYer they are great for me. The bars aren't too rigid, allowing them to go around obstacles. The male and female threaded ends seem to be firmly connected to the fiberglass rods even after they got stuck and I had to pull the rods very hard to loosen them. 5 lures is a great feature and as there are 10 rod sections you can even make up some short pulls using different lures to avoid the inevitable tricky pulls.
