Review on GearWrench 83101 8 Inch Drive Socket by Matt Simpsons

I purchased this GearWrench 83107 Red 3/8" Socket Holder along with the GearWrench 83107 Blue 3/8" Socket Holder for my Craftsman sockets that I bought over the internet. I don't like steel outlet rails because they are harder to put on and off at the spring clips on those rails. I don't like socket guides that hold the sockets with magnets because they magnetize the sockets. Then the sockets are covered with small chips. So I decided to stick with plastic guides. I lined up all 17 of my short metric sockets and measured, came out 14-1/8" short. GearWrench 83101 and 83107 fit 14-3/8" sockets. I am very satisfied with these guides.
