Great for whiteboards too

A few years ago I started using washi tape to separate whiteboards in the classroom. We have a specific activity that we do every day in each class so it's good when the template is taped up and the kids just know where to look and start. Traditionally we used painter's tape, but washi tape does the same thing, only prettier. My whole class is decorated with stars, so I jumped at the opportunity to take black stars here. It peels off very easily and allows you to re-stick it if it doesn't stand up straight. The only problem is that it's not as tacky as branded washi tape right off the bat. I used a roller to glue my board together and it looks fine, but I had to hit it hard to keep it in place for the long strips.
