Adapter socket is missing

The item received did not include a 3/8"-16 x 1/4"-20 socket. Should not be returned for exchange; Next time I order, I'll just take the case. (Of course I wouldn't mind if the seller got it right by sending me the case!) Disappointing because otherwise it's a good QR clip at a good price. I have other Desmond products and am happy with them.

It works as intended, for attaching a camera to a tripod.
