Great for phone use, even light cameras!

Used as part of a phone video recording kit, it's great! I even used the monopod function with my osmo mobile 3 stable camera.**Slight note: eventually the ball may start to slide, I put 3 layers (small circles) of felt in the body of the ball and it tightens nicely! I will most likely buy another one as a backup.
