Review on 14" Laptop Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro 14 2240x1400, Intel Core i5 1135G7 2.4GHz, RAM 16GB, DDR4, SSD 1TB, Intel Iris Xe Graphics, Windows 11 Home, 82L300HGRU, Storm Gray by Mateusz Sztrekier ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Full compliance with the manufacturers assurances, high quality.

The laptop was bought for surfing the Internet and for office tasks, it copes with them perfectly. About the screen: there is FreeSync support (I recommend installing the AMD Adrenalin application, suitable for setting up games). Also someone wrote that there is a terrible sound. I hasten to reassure, this is not so. In the proprietary Lenovo Vantage application, everything is configured in two clicks, you can turn on / off Dolby Atmos, select a sound profile. You can play games, but they are undemanding. I launched an indie like Stardew Valley at 60 fps and native resolution, but in the stalker I lowered the resolution, but it pulls calmly. Someone in the reviews even launched GTA 5 (in 720p, sort of) at the minimum. I am satisfied with the laptop, I recommend it for purchase!

Pros
  • + Excellent screen with excellent resolution, color reproduction and 90 Hz + Comfortable keyboard with two levels of backlighting + Lightweight + Windows Hello (something like Face ID) + Great sound + Autonomy
Cons
  • - Under heavy loads, it makes noise and heats up (it's not critical for me, but additional cooling is required)

Has some pros: Screen, power, materials, quiet, number and types of ports, weight, small dimensions (but 14 screen is cool) Cons below: Build quality is poor, sound is very poor
