Description of 14" Laptop Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro 14 2240x1400, Intel Core i5 1135G7 2.4GHz, RAM 16GB, DDR4, SSD 1TB, Intel Iris Xe Graphics, Windows 11 Home, 82L300HGRU, Storm Gray
- Power, Silence, Appearance, Materials, Keyboard, Ports, PIXEL DENSITY, 90Hz, Battery
- maybe there is a little lack of brightness (but this is more of a nitpick, the screen as a whole is super)
- Good screen (100% srgb, and 300nit I think). The frames are nice, even on thinkpads there is no such thing. Good cooling. In UEFI, you can allocate 512/1024/2048 MB of memory for graphics. The resolution (and aspect ratio) is convenient for programming. Yes, in general, the laptop is fire, working at 14 inches is incomparably more comfortable than at 13.3.
- 1. The disk is not the best, but, as I understand it, it is not a problem to replace it. So it's not really a problem. 2. wifi module. mediatek mt7921. The waffle lives its own life: sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't work. You have to turn uefi off and on again. The drivers are from the lenovo website (without them, Windows did not see the waffle at all, i. E. prepare a USB flash drive with drivers or an external receiver, do not roll the driver "through the air"). 3. UEFI is modest. I wanted to turn off PBO (with it, productivity does not increase much, but zhora and heating are a wagon). The advanced version of uefi does not turn on, as on fresh intels (or maybe the problem is that this is not a thinkpad, I don’t know for sure). 4. There is no version for 32gb of RAM. Because of this, thinkpad thought to buy, but did not wait for the versions with ryzen 5xxx to be brought to us. 5. The touchpad wobbles around the edge, which is not very pleasant from an acoustic point of view.
- Touchpad frisky The screen is bright Body material is nice Keys are soft Doesn't get warm (yet)
- Windows Sometimes with chrome running up to 10 tabs and exclamation, you can turn on the fans and warm up a little the sound is so-so - perhaps the admins did not deliver firewood
- - Powerful Ryzen 7 8-core processor -High-quality widescreen display with a resolution of 2240x1400 - 512GB fast ssd memory -Large 16GB RAM -Fast data ports USB 3.2 Gen1 Type A , USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-C -metal case - Lightweight 1.38 kg
- Processor, display, dimensions, assembly materials, autonomy, weight.
- No.
- Monitor. Compared to FHD heaven and earth. Nice and juicy picture, and most importantly, that there are no glare. Performance. The laptop was bought primarily for web development (VS Code, Figma and some Ps / Ai). There are no complaints. If someone wants to play, then it’s better not to even try to set settings higher than Low in games of recent years. The laptop is not about that. For example, Detroit: Become Human only runs on Low (FHD), but sometimes you have to endure FPS drops. Battery. The working day started 3 hours ago, and the indicator shows 69% and another 7 hours 43 minutes of battery life. It's not a big load. Frame. Made of metal, which is definitely a plus. The assembly is good. A nice bonus - you can open it with one hand.
- No shutter for webcam. Mark Corps As the volume increases, the sound quality decreases.
- Processor, display, autonomy
- There are no obvious cons
- + Excellent screen with excellent resolution, color reproduction and 90 Hz + Comfortable keyboard with two levels of backlighting + Lightweight + Windows Hello (something like Face ID) + Great sound + Autonomy
- - Under heavy loads, it makes noise and heats up (it's not critical for me, but additional cooling is required)
- Fast processor and SSD. Metal case. Easy. Good battery life.
- Marriage of the screen matrix. Flickered and "streaked" out of the box. Loud touchpad. The case creaks just a little, which is strange, it's metal.
