First problem - No battery - The garage door opener was supposed to come with a battery but it didn't! The second problem is that there are no instructions at all, not a single piece of paper. third problem. I bought and installed a battery, searched the internet for programming instructions, and then programmed the garage door remote. Then the real problems started, the door started to rise and fall randomly! At that point, I was ready to be committed, submitted the return paperwork, spent a few extra dollars, and purchased a genuine "Linear" remote from another seller. Works like a dream! Do yourself a favor and buy a remote control labeled Linear!
