Review on Sennheiser PXC 480 Noise Canceling Headphones by Tina Williams

This is an exceptional set of headphones. To be honest, I don't really pay attention to the intricacies of audio engineering. The main points for me are pretty simple: 1) Sounds great. The music I like to listen to, mostly classical or folk, sounds clean with no noticeable distortion. 2) It's well laid out. I can wear it on my very thin hair on a long transcontinental flight and it won't irritate my scalp with countless age spots and hot spots. I also like how it surrounds and hugs my ears. 3) It has a very long battery life. I've never emptied it, but I usually charge it before flying. Batteries are listed on the front of the box as 50 hours and on the back of the box as 30 hours. It comes with adapters that allow you to charge it during a long flight. 4) The noise-cancelling feature is excellent, especially when you don't want to talk to your neighbor. I almost always need to be pushed when the flight attendant demands my attention and I fall asleep. It's also the perfect gift for a student about to go to college; You will need it in the hostel!
