Strong design with some curves but support team will always help you.

You look good. People might be fussy, but they're thin, nice neutral colors, and don't stand out in any way. Besides, they sound good. The bass sounds very strong - you may need to adjust the equalizer. For headphones this compact, they deliver just enough bass to make your head vibrate, which is pretty amazing. Probably due to size limitations, you won't hear as much airy "rumble" as you would get from larger, full-size headphones. Rather, it is more of a thick "powerful" bass. Not bad at all, just different. I was able to play a fairly diverse set of songs and the fidelity stayed the same. Individual bars of Childish Gambino can be heard as well as Ratatat's harsh, creepy synth noise or minimalistic post-punk. The high level holds up well. Some people disagree, but personally I like the touch controls. They are VERY sensitive so there is a learning curve to getting the right touch. Also, they look cool when you put your headphones out in public, very DJ-like. The biggest issue is the build quality. My first pair had an insulation issue causing a short in one of the ear cups - lots of heat and discomfort until I figured out what went wrong. The reason I'm still giving them five stars is because their customer support team has been incredibly helpful with every question I've asked them about their product. You will quickly replace faulty devices when you have hard evidence that they are no longer working. And if they can't produce the perfect product every time, then good support is the next best thing I could ask for. You want headphones that look good, sound good, don't tangle, and won't break the bank. These do these things. There are warts, but they're still perhaps the most powerful wireless headphone product I've come across.
