Easy standard installation, same as most shower heads with hoses. Very nice variety of spray patterns should suit any member of the family. I like that the hose is the pliable type - not the stiff type hose of my old handheld showerhead. I also like the power spray function. With a quick push of a button the water stream comes out of the end of the shower head for rinsing away hairs and soap from the corners of the shower. You can even turn the spray on and off at the spray head if you want to lather up and then rinse off, without having to turn off the main water supply in the shower. The warranty is a bit confusing because it says 5 years on the installation instructions but there is a card inside that says the warranty is 2 years and they are giving a "12 month extended warranty for free". So what is it, 2 years, 3 years, 5 years or 6 years with the 12 month extension?
