I like these lights mainly because they can be flush mounted to sheet metal. Cool look, everything is hidden and flat instead of sticking out like some of the more visible lights. If you want lights mounted on a headache shelf, these aren't your lights. But if you want to embed them behind bars, you can make a mount for them. The easiest way to assemble them is to simply place them on sheet metal. Prepare a template for cutting out rectangles and holes. A plasma cutter or wheel will make your cuts.
