Several other users have reported no issues with image quality. You can turn on HDR and forget it, and everything from SDR to HDR will look great. Unlike my previous monitor where I had to adjust it manually otherwise the colors would look unnatural and washed out on non-HDR content. Contrast is excellent with deep blacks and bright whites while preserving every detail; It won't give you a perfect pitch black, but you don't want that anyway because that same depth tends to contain detail. All in all a very good monitor to buy if you are looking to upgrade to a 4K/144Hz monitor with excellent color and contrast. Make sure to install the Inzone Hub app, which makes changing settings easy. Finally, if you have trouble updating the firmware, try connecting USB-C on your monitor to USB-A on your PC. USB-A to A didn't work for me.
