Review on NEENCA Comfort Memory Foam Shoe Inserts For Arch/Foot/Heel Pain Relief - Professional-Grade Boot Insoles With Medical-Grade Shock Absorption by Bethany Patel

Comfortable, well-made insoles

A couple years ago, I got a really cool pair of sneakers (red suede!), but they had the worst insoles I've ever encountered. Seriously, they were worse than going barefoot. I grabbed some nice insoles for those, then realized how bad the stock insoles were in pretty much all of my shoes. Now I put upgraded insoles in everything. When I got these new NEENCA insoles, I pulled my favorite other insoles by Big Name Insole Maker out of my shoes and did a side-by-side comparison. The NEENCA insoles were slightly thicker, particularly at the forefoot. The gel inserts seemed pretty similar. The big difference was the other foam material. The NEENCA insoles compress then take a bit of time to puff back into shape, like a very dense memory foam. The other ones sprang back into shape almost immediately. The NEENCA insoles seem great for walking and such, but I don't know if the slow rebound rate would be a concern for hard-core runners.I was worried a bit about the yellow nubs on the forefoot, but they aren't very tall and I didn't really notice them once I was walking around.Only major issue is that they don't seem to have much of an arch. I'm pretty flat-footed, so this wasn't a concern for me, but I don't think they'd be a good match for someone with high arches.Overall, very pleased with these, and they are priced quite well.

Pros
  • Amazing feels like I am on a cloud
Cons
  • This didn’t fit at all. Luckily I had a good pair of scissors and could salvage them.
