UPDATE Well I'm updating my review because fortunately this company has responded well to my situation. They sent me a brand new oven! Big! It's been working fine for the last 2 days, so I guess we were unlucky with the first one acting weird from the start. However, they supported me throughout the journey and that says a lot about the company and I hope it inspires confidence in other customers. I am very happy. This oven is great and I love that it's compact, has 5 burners and touch controls. It looks great in my kitchen.------------------------------UPDATE Customer service has contacted me and is trying to resolve the situation release ---------------------------- After approx. 15 minutes of operation, the upper left cooking zone sensor freezes at level 2 Cooking zones run until they switched off or cannot be switched on again. This behavior persists even if the furnace is completely switched off and on again. To get the stove working again, I have to unplug it and plug it back in until after a few minutes of cooking time the strange behavior occurs again. After a week of trying to get in touch, Thermomate got back to me a month ago and sent me a new motherboard, which I really appreciate. since I know that this is basically the main part of the whole oven. As an experienced engineer, it was not difficult to replace it and the oven seemed to work normally, but unfortunately this did not solve the problem, the problem did not go away and it behaved the same as before. Unfortunately, although I really like the record and its format, this situation can be a really bad sign of quality and therefore deserves a bad rating. Replacing the motherboard can be anything. Now it seems the best thing to do is go through this in the trash and find another solution to my oven situation. So be aware that the odds may be against you and you may end up with an unstable non-functional product as happened to me.
