I read all the reviews, not only on , before writing my own. Perhaps I was lucky, the device came working 😂 the plastic is really not durable, but I decided for myself that if it was enough at least once, I would be glad, since polishing my very long hair in the salon would cost several times more. At first, the hair was badly clamped and pulled, it turned out that the trimmer nozzle was initially crooked, corrected, it doesn’t pull anything, take thin strands. For better processing, I decided to straighten my hair first. The tips really get enough sleep, so it's best to remove all rugs from the floor and put on a change of clothes. I am 100% satisfied with the device, maybe even more😂 because I repeat, I was ready for anything
