Difficult to hold and change channels
I don't like this remote as the buttons for 1 are so low on the remote that they are difficult to replace if you have arthritis in your hands to have. I also don't like that the 2 channel buttons don't glow in the dark along with the power supply and the 3rd slides off my ceiling. Hence the rating.
