In the Epson I currently use, all the inks I've tried were difficult to install. In addition, the printer sometimes took an infinitely long time to recognize a new cartridge. (This includes OEM cartridges.) I won't waste time explaining the weird things that happened; I just want to say that the Uniwork inks are amazingly easy to install and the printer recognizes a fresh install straight away. No problem. I was blown away by the Uniwork product. Both because of the (not) quality of this printer, as well as because of the dubious support from Epson, I am not satisfied. But while it works, Uniwork makes the situation bearable. After Epson moves to that big plastic warehouse in the sky I'll be buying another Brother - and I hope Uniwork has cartridges for that brand too!
