I have been using these toothbrush heads for a few years now and know they are good at removing plaque based on comments from my dental hygienist and the time saved brushing my teeth takes. Toothbrush heads also last a very long time – several months each. I clean them regularly with the ultrasonic cleaner that comes with my specific Sonicare machine as the toothbrush heads can trap a certain amount of bacteria from my mouth.
