I love this brush head because it fits in the grooves and cleans my teeth perfectly between dental visits. I have thin enamel on my teeth so I stain easily. This is one of the few toothbrushes that keeps front teeth clean. If I could, I would brush my teeth once a month. Nothing compares to professional cleanliness, but this is second best.

In my experience various Philips brush heads last up to a month. After a month the blue bristles have turned white and the brushes don't seem to have much resistance anymore. These heads are too expensive to buy three every three months. I'm considering switching to a different toothbrush.

I was looking forward to branded replacement toothbrush heads. My fake replacement head was very old and the bristles were like plastic and caused gum line issues. These Philips Sonicare replacement brush heads have stiff bristles. So tight I almost think I'll have to break them. I stopped using them and went back to a soft bristled manual toothbrush.
