Ouch! Disappointed: replacement toothbrush heads

I was looking forward to branded replacement toothbrush heads. My fake replacement head was very old and the bristles were like plastic and caused gum line issues. These Philips Sonicare replacement brush heads have stiff bristles. So tight I almost think I'll have to break them. I stopped using them and went back to a soft bristled manual toothbrush. A very disappointing purchase.
