Are the brushes too hard for dental work?

I brought these to get rid of plaque. My Sonicare warns me if I'm brushing too hard, so it's not a problem. A few days later one of my teeth had some dental work removed. I went back to the old cheap brush and everything was fine. Since these brushes were very expensive, I tried them again and after 3 days I faced the fact that my implant was turning out. Maybe it's time, but somehow 2 incidents in 2 weeks. i'm not that bad
