Review on Moen U362CIS Integrated Connections Unfinished by Chris Cruz

The valve failed to shut off the water Contacted Moen and a new cylinder was sent Replaced and still not working Contacted Moen and they are sending another cylinder. Is there a quality control where they check the item before shipping? Next step is to cut a hole in the wall and replace the entire valve assembly at my expense!
