Good idea, bad design. BENEFITS: Comes with 2 headlamps/strap, bright light, adjustable strap, good price, 4 batteries included, hands-free design, trusted Energizer brand. Now CONS: I have a migraine problem so I turned on my headlamp at 8pm to wear around the house to see if I liked it. By 8:30 p.m. the migraine was gone, but the tightness of the belt was annoying. The harness became uncomfortable, hot and sweaty after an hour (I'm still indoors with the AC on!). I felt like I had a unibrow as many times as the strap pressed against my brows! To make matters worse, the lamp is not adjustable/tiltable, so you can only see at eye level. It's useless for the things the headlamp is supposedly designed for, like camping, hiking, etc. The light has to shine where you need it - it can't be one-dimensional. The headlamp has a red light for the night, but it's weak and useless. Buy other adjustable headlights or plug in a flashlight. I really wanted to use it at night on hiking trails etc. Maybe only during a power outage.
