Review on Cuisinart DBM 8 Supreme Grind Automatic by Mitchell Norman

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works perfectly! in coffee, tea and espresso

They say if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Well, in this case it was ruined, but it lasted for eight years! So we had to replace it, and why not use the same machine when we use it to grind our everyday coffee so successfully?! This is a very good stone grinder that we have been using for many years and now we are replacing it with a brand new one exactly the same as the previous one and hope it will last another 8-10 years. Why do we like it?* It has beautiful looks, with most of the body being shiny stainless steel.* The hopper on top holds half a pound of beans.* You have a choice of 6 settings for whatever type of bean grind you choose. * It really is. Great for coarse grinding our French Press coffee, very smooth.* You press a button and the grind stops.* Once you figure out what grind you like, how much you want and what setting you prefer, it's easy . process and then all you have to do is decide which bean you want in there. It does everything else.* It's pretty easy to clean, doesn't take up too much space, and best of all, it works great and does everything pretty quickly. I have to say it's noisy, but if you don't hand grind coffee then what isn't noisy when it comes to electric coffee grinding? We are satisfied with the product, otherwise we would not have bought a second one of exactly the same type eight years after the first one. Others must see it that way too, because eight years later the company is still producing the same model! Hope when you get the ones you like!
