Falafel; that's for lunch. And dinner. Maybe breakfast.
Although listed as "professional" cookware, I found them almost useless. I had to cook about 60 falafel for a party. They have become too small and cannot be easily removed even with a spatula. It's much easier and cleaner to hand make the falafel by measuring out a consistent amount with an ice cream scoop.
