Review on Enhanced Performance Raybestos 936PG Professional Grade Drum Brake Shoe Set by James Pope

Revane said these brake pads would fit my son's 2009 Mercury Mariner but they didn't. The shoe has a notch (shown) that the parking brake adjuster slides into when installing the brakes, but the notch on these shoes is too small. I could use a file or grinder to make the notch bigger, but why risk damaging the item and then not getting it back into Revain. I had to put the old brakes back on and go to my local auto parts store to buy a set of shoes that actually fit (and are $6 less). I am sending them back for a refund.
