Adhesive edge too sticky, painful rash after several days of use

I have been using these bandages for about 1 week because I need to cover a rash on my stomach. On the other hand, they adhere well to the skin and can cover a large area. However, they stick a little TOO well. After only wearing it for 12 hours, I had a very hard time separating the sticky hem from my skin. I can clearly see the sticky residue tugging at my skin when I try to remove the bandage. This isn't just an inconvenience - the adhesive literally doesn't give at all. Sometimes I can straighten and pull the skin parallel to the skin, sometimes I have to work on the other side. In any case, it left painful red marks where the edge of the adhesive made contact with the skin. Even if you put aloe vera lotion on it, it will burn. For this reason I would not recommend these bandages. Manuka honey pads, while more expensive, offer about the same area of coverage without the hassle of removing them.

Pros
  • Excellent overall effect
Cons
  • Some minor issues
