Poor quality :( - Kids backpacks

I am very disappointed with this product, I bought it a month and a half ago, for my daughter, she has type 1 diabetes and she needs a lunch bag with hers Snacks and suppliers all the time.In the first week, one handle of the backpack was completely broken and the lunch bag is unusable.I expected more quality from such a backpack and lunch bag.The price is very high for the quality we must have now we spend more money and time to find a new backpack and lunch bag in the middle of a training course.I have attached pictures of the lunch bag.
