These fans were absolutely silent. When I connected them I didn't even understand that they worked. Silence here, however, means almost no air movement. I tried using them to cool the case of a small Pi computer. For 2.5 hours, 2 fans could not increase the operating temperature even by 1 degree. I returned them. If you're looking for a tiny, quiet fan that moves very little air then this might be for you, but if you're trying to cool something that's closed I don't recommend them.
