I usually wear medium sized clothes but I ordered a large one because it is tight. It was very comfortable under my arms and I weigh 145 pounds with a 36D bust. The shirt is very elastic, soft and beautiful. The white is a bit off-white but still very nice and somewhat transparent but not terrible. Because of the thickness, it looks great among other things without adding bulk. It is made in one piece without a shaft collar. I switched the large model back to a very large because the turtleneck is exactly what I'm looking for.
