Yummy!: Diet and Sports Nutrition

First I bought a multipack. Grapes were my son's favorite flavor and I was glad they were sold individually. My only complaint is that some of the powder doesn't mix right away and clumps end up on top of the water bottle. They'll be gone soon. This product mixes best in a shaken bottle of water compared to a glass of water.

Pros

Staying hydrated with electrolytes helps prevent cramps and help your body function at its best.
