I have been using smartcomm for over 2 years now as our internal helpdesk system is very old fashioned in its design so it was time we upgraded or replaced this software which has made life much easier! The customer support team are brilliant at their job too - nothing that they haven't helped me solve before but always there if you need them. It's not something i've had any problems yet (knock wood) however when my colleagues do mention issues then yes these can be resolved quite quickly by one of your friendly tech gurus who will guide us through each issue step-by stage until resolution achieved 100%.
