Great product; Excellent service and great quality

I have been using smartcomm for over 2 years now as our internal helpdesk system is very old fashioned in its design so it was time we upgraded or replaced this software which has made life much easier! The customer support team are brilliant at their job too - nothing that they haven't helped me solve before but always there if you need them. It's not something i've had any problems yet (knock wood) however when my colleagues do mention issues then yes these can be resolved quite quickly by one of your friendly tech gurus who will guide us through each issue step-by stage until resolution achieved 100%.

  • Its easy to use, intuitive interface makes navigating around pretty straight forward even though sometimes confusingly laid out making navigation difficult without knowing how things work within different categories etc., also great user reviews from past customers make all those bad memories just go away lol..Also having an ability log off remotely via tablet/phone app really does save many headaches especially with staff being remote workers / working shifts..also good backups &
