I used these for my first attempt at making homemade corn tortillas and they worked great. I've made ten flatbreads from the same two circles of parchment (I probably could have used them for more, but I ran out of dough) and the flatbreads came off easily every time. I used to be afraid to make corn tortillas, but they were so successful and delicious that thanks to this product there will be many more tortillas in the future!
