I have recurrent blepharitis which is controlled by spraying the active ingredient in this product (hypochlorous acid) onto the eyelid. (It kills the bacteria that make blepharitis worse.) But hypochlorous acid aerosols (like Avmacol and Hypochlor) are ridiculously expensive. It's the same ingredient but at a much lower price. However, it must be diluted beforehand. To use this product, I simply pour some into an empty hypochlorite spray bottle. (Any small, clean spray bottle will work.) I fill the bottle halfway, then dilute it with an equal amount of distilled water—then use it just like other (expensive) products. (I would NOT use it undiluted for this purpose. But diluted it works fine for me.)
