Review on Turntable Phonograph Gramophone Speakers Bluetooth by George Halbohm

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Don't waste your money

On paper it was everything I wanted in a reproduced gramophone; 33/45 rpm, Bluetooth, CD, Radio, historic and chic look but this purchase was very disappointing. If you are looking for a good reproduction gramophone with all the features listed, look for the Mini Meageal Gramophone. Half the price, a more ornate trumpet, better needle etc, and a MUCH better sound, which is funny because it's half the size of this model. I'm not affiliated at all. I've had one rotation, two platter changes before deciding on another model. So if I can make someone's life easier, it's worth it. As for the player: Instructions: Technically they're in English, but they're minimal at best. , actually make things more complex and barely readable. It was a fun Christmas present for someone who is also into puzzles and crosswords. Hardware: For the price, the turntable is CHEAP made from the CHEAPEST materials available. Also, this thing is HUGE and really bulky; even by gramophone standards. Sound: The mini turntable produces a cleaner sound than its larger cousin. Customer Service: None. You have to go through Revain to contact the manufacturer and they miss your message in translation as they use google translate.

Pros
  • Turntables and accessories
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
