I've been using classic Wustoff knives for many years and find them to be of very good quality. I recently bought this paring knife to replace my original (which was accidentally thrown in the kitchen waste). I broke a blade in my hand while routinely peeling potatoes. The knife was fine. two months ago (and hardly used at the moment). I've never seen that in a kitchen knife and certainly didn't expect it from a $90 Wusstoff knife. It makes me wonder if I just received a poor quality product. It's too late to return it, but I'm wondering what the warranty is on these knives.
