These are my favorite TIG gloves. They allow flush welding as I can easily feel the texture through the gloves. They are thin and they should be thin. They are also great for driving, golfing, drumming, quad biking and more. Cons: These gloves get dirty very easily/quickly. I have learned to wear them ONLY when TIG welding, not when cutting, grinding, MIG welding, cleaning or anything else. Cuts from abrasives and blades easily damage these gloves. Moisture such as sweat, carving fat, oil. Basically, anything but water (well, maybe water) will discolor and ruin materials. Those gloves are way overpriced, period. Incidental note: If these gloves get soaked in sweat or moisture of any kind and your ground connection sucks, you could electrocute yourself while welding. This is typical of any thin porous glove + moisture + poor grounding.
