The ability to manage all inventory at one place is very convenient for us. I can easily see what items are selling well and which ones are not. This helps me determine where to spend my resources more effectively. It would be helpful if we could do a better job of making things visible to our customers. For example, it is difficult to see which products are still in stock or unavailable in our stores. We need to find a way to make this information available to our customers easier. Also, some features are hard to navigate around and sometimes don't work as intended. Take advantage of the trial version when you can get it. You will likely learn that there are many useful features there. Neto has allowed us to keep track of everything related to our inventory. This includes the status of each item, who sold it to whom, and how much we've received from different channels.
