Literally used!
I was shocked to find some parts had been used before! There was obviously dried paint in three filters! I had to brush and clean them before I could even use them. It wasn't worth the hassle of claiming or returning it, but it was very inconvenient. Come to find out, one of my neighbors actually bought two from the dollar store that she uses for kitchen sinks, so they're not really anything special or "made" for art or pouring paint. I do NOT recommend using it for beginners as there is a technique that requires some experience to get the filling right.
