I bought it 2 months ago for $9.99 and I love its simplicity, it seems very well made and very accurate. I use it every day for coffee to make sure it's around 200 degrees so the coffee doesn't burn. Stupidly easy and always easy to find because it's always stuck to my fridge. Turns on and off automatically. I originally bought this because I often fry chicken thighs and it cooked very unevenly compared to a regular oven, but I also love the fryer's simplicity. I've been a chef for many years and for some reason I've never been interested in a digital thermometer. It's strange because I've had so many problems with professional analog thermometers.
